What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
MOQ depends on the product and packaging. Liquid grinding aids and admixtures typically ship in IBC totes of 1,000 kg or in drums; ammonia water is supplied by tank truck. Contact us with your required volume and destination port for a specific MOQ and quotation.
What packaging options do you offer?+
Liquid products are packed in IBC totes, plastic drums or delivered in bulk tank trucks. Powder products such as pulverized coal combustion catalysts and polyacrylamide flocculants are packed in sealed bags. Our patented easy-open anti-counterfeit drum lid (utility model 201921174821.1) is used on grinding aid drums.
Can you provide TDS and MSDS?+
Yes. Technical Data Sheets and Material Safety Data Sheets are available for all product lines on request. Submit an inquiry with the product model and your market, and our sales team will send the documents together with the quotation.
Which countries and regions do you export to?+
Domestically our products serve more than ten provinces and regions across China. Internationally we have supplied Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan and Myanmar and exported to Africa. We actively serve cement plants, ready-mix producers and distributors across Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Do you provide technical support for mix design and dosing?+
Yes. Our technical department, backed by industry-university-research cooperation with Beijing University of Technology, Shanxi Institute of Technology, Taiyuan University of Technology and China Building Materials Academy, supports dosing trials, compatibility testing with local cements and on-site commissioning.
What are your payment terms?+
We support T/T and L/C. Typical terms are a deposit with balance before shipment for first orders; established customers can discuss more favorable terms. Contact us to confirm terms for your order.
How do you ensure product quality?+
Production runs on fully automated lines commissioned in June 2020 with process, procedure and quality control at leading domestic standards. The company participated in drafting the China Cement Association group standard T/CCAS 015-2020 for grinding aid technical operation regulations and holds invention and utility model patents on core products.
Can you supply OEM or customized formulations?+
Yes. With our own R&D center and patented core technology, we can adjust formulations to your raw materials, mill configuration and target performance. Share your technical requirements and we will propose a customized solution.
