About us
A new-materials manufacturer built for cement and concrete efficiency
Founded in 2018 in Pingding Economic and Technological Development Zone, Yangquan, Shanxi, Tianrun Hengde continues the cement admixture business its predecessor started in 2005. The CNY 150 million comprehensive chemical plant reached production in June 2020 and operates as an above-scale enterprise.
Shanxi Tianrun Hengde New Materials Co., Ltd. is an integrated new-materials manufacturer of cement grinding aids, concrete admixtures, ammonia water for desulfurization and denitrification, and unsaturated polyester resin. Founded in January 2018 with registered capital of CNY 55.55 million and a predecessor (Beijing Tianyexing Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd.) dating back to 2005, the company invested CNY 150 million in a comprehensive chemical plant in Pingding Economic and Technological Development Zone, Yangquan, Shanxi, with annual capacity of 30,000 t cement grinding aids, 20,000 t concrete admixtures and 60,000 t ammonia water. Phase I went into production on June 24, 2020 and the company is a designated above-scale enterprise.

Ammonia Water for Desulfurization and Denitrification
60,000 t/a ammonia water dedicated to flue gas desulfurization and denitrification in power plants, steel plants and cement kilns, produced inside the modern chemical industrial park.
Unsaturated Polyester Resin
Unsaturated polyester resins for filament-wound pipe, SMC/BMC molding, pultruded grating, artificial stone, lighting sheet and anchor resin applications, including recycled PET-based grades.
Concrete Admixtures
CON series concrete admixtures including CON-1 early strength agent, CON-2 antifreeze, CON-2A polycarboxylate antifreeze, CON-3 high-range water reducer, CON-4 high-strength water reducer and CON-80 polycarboxylate high-performance superplasticizer for ready-mix and engineering projects.
Cement Grinding Aids
TGA series cement grinding aids (TGA-1 to TGA-8) for cement plants: raise mill output, improve 3-day and 28-day strength, reduce clinker factor and emissions without changing standard-consistency water demand. Includes slag-specific (TGA-5), vertical-mill-specific (TGA-6) and set-retarding (TGA-7) grades.
