About us
A new-materials manufacturer built for cement and concrete efficiency
Founded in 2018 in Pingding Economic and Technological Development Zone, Yangquan, Shanxi, Tianrun Hengde continues the cement admixture business its predecessor started in 2005. The CNY 150 million comprehensive chemical plant reached production in June 2020 and operates as an above-scale enterprise.
Shanxi Tianrun Hengde New Materials Co., Ltd. is an integrated new-materials manufacturer of cement grinding aids, concrete admixtures, ammonia water for desulfurization and denitrification, and unsaturated polyester resin. Founded in January 2018 with registered capital of CNY 55.55 million and a predecessor (Beijing Tianyexing Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd.) dating back to 2005, the company invested CNY 150 million in a comprehensive chemical plant in Pingding Economic and Technological Development Zone, Yangquan, Shanxi, with annual capacity of 30,000 t cement grinding aids, 20,000 t concrete admixtures and 60,000 t ammonia water. Phase I went into production on June 24, 2020 and the company is a designated above-scale enterprise.

Cement Grinding Aids
Cement grinding aids are additives used in cement production to improve grinding and production efficiency without adversely affecting cement performance. They increase powder fineness, reduce particle adhesion and agglomeration, prevent fine particles from coating grinding balls and mill liners, and improve material flow inside the mill, helping reduce energy consumption and increase output.
Cementitious Material Activators
Cementitious material activators enable higher proportions of supplementary materials in cement and help increase cement output. In desulfurization gypsum-fly ash binders and high-volume fly ash cement, optimizing the component proportions can improve compressive strength. In blended cements containing slag, phosphorus slag and other materials, activators can help address longer setting times and reduced early strength.
